Sadly, within this industry, there are far too many missed appointments or cancellations on the day of the appointment and unfortunately this can no longer continue to happen. We are all trying our best to earn a living and a couple of cancellations in a week for us can have a drastic detrimental effect on our livelihood.

As such, we are now operating a deposit payment system, if you are a new client or your appointment is for more than 1 hour, then you are required to pay a deposit of at least £40 to secure your booking, this amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must let us know as soon as possible.

If you wish to amend your appointment 48 hours or more before your appointment date then we will offer you a new date and time to suit, if however there is no dates or times suitable, we would be happy to refund this back to the payment method used initially, provided the reason for your cancellation is viable.

If cancel your appointment within 48 hours your date, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you want to change your appointment to another date and this change is within 48 hours of your appointment, then the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable so cannot be used to pay for your next appointment, so another deposit will need to be paid.
